Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience managing construction projects, with a background in residential, commercial, or a mix of both . This role requires a bilingual, tech-savvy, highly organized, and flexible professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage multiple high-end renovation projects from start to finish.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Utilize technology to track project progress, manage documents, and streamline communication.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor quality control, and address project challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor work to maintain project efficiency.
  • Provide detailed reports and updates to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of construction project management experience (residential, commercial, or both).
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment .
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with high-end clients and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in project management software and construction technology tools .
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license .
  • Knowledge of the Austin-area construction market is a plus.
