About Us:

Field Construction is a construction company that builds upscale apartment communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. We value discipline, efficiency, and professionalism. We are looking for an experienced  Construction   Project Manager/Estimator to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

Position Summary:

The Construction Project Manager/Estimator will support project estimating, bidding, and construction administration for apartment communities with total construction costs exceeding $60 million. They will work closely with their supervisor and team members to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform estimating, bidding, and construction administration.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Communicate with team members, contractors, and design professionals to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Ensure that subcontractors comply with construction documents, applicable regulations, and construction contracts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
• Management to completion of at least one construction project exceeding $5 million in construction costs.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Contractor Foreman).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or similar.
• Construction safety certificates.

Pay: $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
