Position Key Responsibilities
- Manages the project master CPM schedule and drives it to completion.
- Directs subcontractor workflow and troubleshoots project questions utilizing the RFI process.
- Enforces quality control for all work starting with submittal review through the QA/QC program.
Skills & Experience
- 4-6 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent, with expertise in renovations, new construction, and site work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficient in managing field construction processes, including schedule development, project coordination, and subcontractor oversight.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000
