We’re hiring a Construction Superintendent for a full-time, on-site position in Long Island, NY.

The Superintendent will manage day-to-day site operations on ground-up construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and site activities
• Enforcing safety protocols and company standards
• Maintaining project schedules and budgets using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
• Ensuring quality control and compliance with project specifications
• Communicating progress and issues with project managers and ownership.

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on ground-up projects
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and safety
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other scheduling software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills
• Experience with Procore and/or Autodesk preferred
• Degree or certification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field a plus
