Job Location: Annapolis, MD, Northern VA Job Salary: $120k - $160k DOE
Requirements: 10+ years of commercial construction experience.

Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily construction operations and ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project scheduling and budgeting to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Lead and manage site teams, fostering a positive work environment and effective communication.
- Interpret and review blueprints and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the best value for the project.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely manner.
Qualifications - Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and construction documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
