HR Advantage, LLC is seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Construction Superintendent for a Springfield, MO based client to oversee crews, subcontractors, and suppliers — keeping projects safe, on time, and on budget. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows construction inside and out, thrives under pressure, and values teamwork and safety above all.
What you’ll do: Lead the jobsite, manage schedules, ensure OSHA compliance, coordinate materials & subs, and keep projects moving from start to finish.
What we’re looking for:
✔ 4+ years of construction supervisory experience
✔ Knowledge of OSHA regulations & construction codes
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Valid Class E Driver’s License
