Location: Medina or Columbus, OH

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Superintendent to oversee and manage field operations, ensuring safety compliance, project execution, team leadership, and quality control . This role is key in coordinating on-site activities, maintaining project efficiency, and fostering strong communication between field teams, project managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: Serve as the on-site safety representative, conduct regular inspections, and enforce compliance with all safety protocols.
• Project Execution: Oversee all aspects of field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Team Coordination: Lead and mentor field employees, conduct regular huddles, and establish clear performance expectations.
• Material & Equipment Management: Organize job sites, manage materials, and ensure equipment is in safe working order.
• Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and office teams while tracking project progress and labor budgets.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in supervision, construction management, or project leadership
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, blueprints, and industry standards
• Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive project success
• Proficiency in field reporting tools and construction management software
• Ability to work in a physically active role , including lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders
