Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Contact Center Representative to join our PHA Scheduling Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of call center experience, preferably in a target-driven environment, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule no-cost Prospective Health Assessments for members.
Understand and address customer needs, complaints, or service issues with empathy and professionalism.
Respond efficiently to callers, providing clear explanations and solutions to ensure customers feel valued.
Engage in active listening to confirm or clarify information, and resolve conflicts with tact.
Build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues based on trust and reliability.
Utilize software, databases, and scripts effectively while striving to meet call center metrics.
Make product or service recommendations based on client needs.
Participate in training and continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Attend meetings as needed and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor.
Requirements:
Skills:
Outgoing personality with a sales-oriented approach.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively.
Proficiency in various software and data entry, including MS Office.
Ability to type at least 40 WPM (60 WPM preferred).
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to demonstrate customer empathy and build connections through effective diplomacy.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Technical Requirements:
Must have a Windows-based laptop or desktop with video-calling capabilities.
