Salary : $65,000 (commensurate with experience)

Role Summary

As a Content Creator for Higher Love, you will be responsible for curating an immersive retail experience through music, visuals, and storytelling. We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator to bring our brand to life through custom playlists, compelling visual assets, PR content, and engaging written materials that enhance our retail atmosphere and digital presence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Retail Experience & Visual Content Creation
• Curate and maintain custom playlists that set the tone for our retail spaces, aligning with brand identity, seasonal themes etc.
• Curate and maintain a playlist of virtual assets for in-store displays, digital screens and marketing materials to enhance the in-store experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to ensure a seamless brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

• Digital Content
• Write and publish engaging blog posts covering industry trends, product highlights and lifestyle content.
• Develop content for email communications, website, and social media campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activations and market trends to refine brand strategies.

• PR & Email Marketing
• Write and distribute press releases for product launches, store openings, events etc.
• Develop native advertising content for publications that align with the brand’s tone and target audience.
• Craft compelling email loyalty messaging, including promotions, product education and updates to engage customers.
• Work closely with PR and media contacts to amplify brand awareness.

• Copywriting & Brand Messaging
• Develop persuasive, on-brand copy for digital and print marketing materials, including ad campaigns, product descriptions and social media content.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and tone across all platforms.
• Craft website copy, landing pages, blog and brand storytelling that enhances the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, music curation and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Experience with SEED TV & Rockbot is a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills for blog content and marketing materials.
• Basic video editing skills for content creation.
• Passion for music, design, and retail experience.
• Project management skills. Ability to handle multiple campaigns, timelines and deliverables simultaneously.
