Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Content Strategist & Creator to join a dynamic and creative team in Hillsborough, NC. This is an exciting opportunity for a content-savvy professional who thrives on storytelling, digital engagement, and community building across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in content planning meetings and help shape content strategy
• Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with auction cycles and content pillars
• Create compelling content for multiple platforms including website, email, and social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Write engaging copy tailored to each platform’s audience
• Plan and manage email marketing campaigns and schedules
• Update and maintain website content related to auctions, events, and department pages
• Execute paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google
• Analyze and report on marketing performance using data-driven insights
• Organize and maintain content archives for easy access and reuse

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in content creation and digital marketing preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Proven experience managing content across multiple channels and platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop
• Hands-on experience with photography and videography
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and digital advertising (Meta, Google)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content requirements
