About the Role:

We are seeking a Part-Time Continental Breakfast Attendant could go to Full-Time to join our team at Lithia Springs Resort. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a delightful breakfast experience. You will be responsible for setting up the breakfast buffet, replenishing food and beverage items, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will be essential in ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a hotel or resort setting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to speak multiple languages

Responsibilities:

• Set up the breakfast buffet in a timely and efficient manner
• Replenish food and beverage items as needed throughout the breakfast service
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including wiping down tables and chairs, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning dishes and utensils
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have and ensuring that their needs are met
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Skills:

As a Continental Breakfast Attendant, you will use your customer service and communication skills to ensure that our guests have a pleasant breakfast experience. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet. Additionally, your knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices will help ensure that our guests have a safe and enjoyable dining experience. Finally, your ability to speak multiple languages will be an asset in communicating with our diverse guest population.
