💼 The Role: Corporate Associate
Join a corporate group handling:
• M&A, private equity, venture capital, and startup formations
• Securities offerings and capital raising (Reg D, PIPEs, public offerings)
• Corporate governance and compliance
• Strategic commercial transactions across industries
You’ll draft and negotiate complex agreements, manage deals, and advise clients under the mentorship of attorneys who are deeply invested in your development.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: Up to $170,000 base + discretionary bonus
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, and 4 weeks PTO
• Billable Target: 1800 hours/year
• Location: Century City – hybrid schedule available
