Position Overview
The School Program Coordinator for our Edina location plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of The Gardner School. This person will supervise the overall operations of the school in the absence of the Executive School Director and Assistant School Director. This position assists with key operational tasks, ensuring a smooth and compliant school environment. The School Program Coordinator helps open and close the school, maintains business licensing standards for student-to-teacher ratios, manages Team Member breaks, and supports various administrative and educational functions. This role also includes responsibilities such as reviewing lesson plans, managing and teaching enrichment programs, and maintaining a safe, enriching atmosphere for children.
