Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Location: Chino, CA (On-site)

Pay: $20/hour to $22/hour based on experience. 30 min paid lunch break

Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Associate to join our team in our Chino office. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for both our online and walk-in customers. You’ll handle emails, phone calls, returns, and refunds, as well as assist walk-in clients and invoice them accordingly.

• Respond to all customer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Make warm calls to customers and record their needs and preferences
• Process returns and refunds using Shopify
• Greet and assist walk-in customers; prepare invoices for in-person orders
• Maintain organized records and communication logs

• English speaking is required
• Spanish speaking is a strong plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt

• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Previous customer service experience
• Familiarity with wholesale or retail operations

• Full-Time: 8 hours/day with a paid 30-minute lunch
• Part-Time: Minimum 6 hours/day
• Monday to Friday (Weekends optional but not required)
