Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Immediate Start | Remote (USA Only)

Reports to: Call Center Supervisor
Department: Contact Center
Work Schedule: 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM EDT, Monday to Friday
Weekend: Saturday & Sunday Off
Pay Rate: $12 - $13 per hour (W2)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! This remote, part-time position is a short-term project, and you'll play a key role in helping customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. As part of this role, you'll ensure a positive experience for customers while handling inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional manner.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

A computer with MS Windows 7, 8.1, or 10
High-speed internet connection
A cell phone or landline telephone
Availability for an immediate start

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries across various communication channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
Provide clear and accurate information while maintaining professionalism
Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
Document customer interactions appropriately
Meet individual and team performance goals
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma (or equivalent)
At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
Previous call center experience with inbound/outbound calls is preferred
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic typing and data entry skills
Comfortable with Windows-based software and internet browsing
A strong desire to help and support others

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work primarily sitting, with frequent keyboarding, talking, and listening
Close attention to detail and visual acuity for data entry
