We are currently seeking for an Cybersecurity Manager for a Full-time position with our Direct Client at South Bend, IN (Onsite) location .

Job Description:

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the information security strategy aligned with the organization s goals and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards (i.e. HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Identify and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities within the organization s IT infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain an incident response plan to ensure rapid and effective response to security incidents.

Skills Needed:

Candidates resume should be more focused on Information Security (Cybersecurity) . Skills that are needed to be in the resume are

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent job experience
• Developing, Implementing and overseeing security policies
• Experienced in Information security
• 5+ years of hands on experience in Cyber security (Preference will be 10+ years in Cyber security)
• Experience in forecasting, Developing and Implementing cyber security
• 5+ years experience as manager
• 4+ years experience in Managing portfolio projects, Vendor Management, Training the team, Building road map
• CISSP certification needed
