Job Description

As a data collection operator, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the data collection process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established protocols.

This role involves supervising data collection activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and monitoring data entry procedures. Attention to detail is paramount as you'll be responsible for verifying the completeness and accuracy of collected data.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise data collection activities
• Monitor data entry procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Communicate effectively and provide guidance and support to data collection users
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Monitor and report on the progress of data collection activities
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Experience in the Hospitality vertical preferred
• Fluent English
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of data collection methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to diagnose software/hardware issues
• This is a full time, onsite position
• The Salary is $30 per hour
