Your work will play a key role in making sure that our data is accurate, accessible, and valuable to both our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input data into various databases and systems from source documents within set deadlines.
Review data for any errors or inconsistencies, correct issues, and ensure the final output is accurate.
Verify data by cross-checking it with source documents.
Update existing records and retrieve information from the database as needed.
Perform regular data backups to protect and preserve information.
Organize and maintain files and records to ensure easy data retrieval.
Work closely with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to data entry.
Uphold confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
High typing speed with strong accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in data management or related fields are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working remotely and using virtual collaboration tools.
