Position Overview:

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in clerical and data entry environments. The position involves reviewing and processing photo enforcement events using web-based tools. Candidates will follow clear procedures and instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, assess, and perform data entry tasks for photo enforcement program events using web-based tools.
• Follow established processes and client-specific instructions to determine appropriate actions.
• Adapt to procedural updates and feedback to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Meet assigned productivity and quality goals as outlined by the Processing Department.
• Utilize basic computer skills to access performance reports and track progress.
• Perform additional office/clerical duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to determine appropriate communication methods.
• Proven ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining high-quality results.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment.
• Familiarity with computer systems such as Outlook, Teams, and web browsers; willingness to learn new systems and software as needed.
• Comfortable working in a seated position for extended periods while performing data entry.
