Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or AI/ML solution development.
• Strong background in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Familiar with agentic AI concepts and modern data platform components.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Data Platform & AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of a modern, scalable data platform to support logistics-focused site transformation and digitalization initiatives. This role will also drive the creation of agentic AI solutions and build robust data analytics capabilities using Power BI. This role is pivotal in driving data visibility across sites, assessing existing assets, and shaping the future-state architecture to enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has deep experience in data engineering, enterprise data strategy, AI/ML solutioning, and Power BI analytics, along with strong familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to work autonomously as a strategic thought leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Transformation & Digitalization

• Lead the digitalization of logistics processes across multiple sites by designing modern data solutions.
• Act as a driving force for change—identify inefficiencies, assess existing assets, and develop a future-state architecture strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and integrate all relevant data sources for comprehensive site-level visibility.
• Create and execute a clear implementation roadmap for the transformation initiatives.

Data Platform Development

• Design and build a cloud-native or hybrid data platform that is scalable, secure, and high-performance.
• Architect and implement data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage using tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Ensure robust data quality, governance, and compliance throughout the platform.

Agentic AI Solutions

• Develop and deploy AI agents to automate decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
• Integrate LLMs and AI models into business workflows with a focus on value delivery and scalability.
• Partner with data scientists and engineers to operationalize AI/ML solutions.

Data Analytics & Power BI

• Build and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards to improve data visibility and self-service analytics.
• Develop reusable data models and semantic layers to empower business users.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and analytics assets.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for data and AI pipelines.
• Understanding of data mesh or data fabric architecture.
• Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and enterprise security frameworks.
• Prior experience in site-level digital transformation, particularly in logistics or manufacturing environments.
