• Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 (DOE) + Performance Bonus + Benefits

Position Overview:

Join RESTOR Medical Spa as a Digital Marketing Analyst and Website Optimization Specialist. This is a hands-on, “in the tools” role— not agency management . You will build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns directly, own our SEO and WordPress site performance, and create automated customer journeys to drive growth through disciplined, detail-oriented execution.

Who We Are:

RESTOR Medical Spa is a fast-growing, physician-led, women-owned Medical Aesthetics and Functional Medicine practice in the Greater Denver Metro area. With 3 thriving locations and plans to grow to 20 locations in the next 5 years, we are committed to providing cutting-edge treatments that help our clients look and feel their best. The business is B2C with multiple physical locations, so experience with marketing to offline sales is important.

Success Metrics:

• Achieve 50% utilization at new location open, growing to 75% by month 3.
• Drive 30+ qualified first visits per location, per month for existing locations.
• Generate 15 RESTOR Academy students monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & Optimize Paid Campaigns: Direct, hands-on management and optimization of Google and Meta ad campaigns to achieve strong ROAS.
• Lead SEO Initiatives (It’s changing fast): Drive measurable improvements in search rankings and lead generation with data-backed SEO strategies.
• Build Automated Customer Journeys: Design and implement automated nurture campaigns and workflows—ideally using ActiveCampaign—to increase engagement and conversion.
• Analyze & Report: Monitor performance, extract actionable insights, and continually refine strategies using analytics tools.
• Support Web Management: Oversee and update our WordPress website for optimal performance and user experience.
• Manage Budgets: Maximize efficiency and results across all digital channels.

What You Bring:

• 1–3 years in digital/performance marketing roles with direct, hands-on ad platform experience.
• Experience in B2C luxury service based business growth
• Proven expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Experience managing and optimizing WordPress sites.
• Experience building automated customer journeys (ActiveCampaign preferred).
• Strong, structured approach and meticulous attention to detail.
