Key Responsibilities

• Curate and manage all social media platforms, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and developing engaging short-form video content.
• Maintain and update the Eiseman Jewels website by adding new collections, product imagery, event details, and SEO-optimized content that attracts and inspires customers.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google Ads, continuously monitoring their performance and optimizing for the greatest impact.
• Boost brand awareness and drive qualified traffic to the Eiseman Jewels website, enhancing the company's digital presence.
• Coordinate professional photography for collections and campaigns, while also producing semi-professional, custom content for social media to complement the professional assets.
• Oversee third-party listings and implement local SEO strategies to increase visibility and ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Support email marketing campaigns, and digital marketing projects with both creative and strategic input.
• Track and analyze the results of marketing campaigns, website traffic, and social media engagement, providing actionable insights to shape future strategies.
• Create and optimize content across various social networks, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, while consistently maintaining a cohesive luxury brand voice.
• Provide support for executing events and participating in other departmental activities as needed to meet business objectives.
• Provide administrative support to the department, including tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling co-op expenditures, and other related duties as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, including a minimum of 3 years in one or more of the following areas: social marketing, digital marketing, website merchandising, search marketing, mobile marketing, or digital campaign management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, and various digital and SEO tools.
• Strong understanding of social and digital platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, with the ability to extract actionable insights.
• Basic skills in graphic design, photography, and video editing.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry.
• Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Later, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Marketing Cloud.
• Background in in-house or agency settings executing paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google.
