About the Role:

As a Digital Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic direction and implementing digital media campaigns that drive our clients' business objectives. You'll have the opportunity to build strong client and vendor relationships while contributing to high-performing paid digital strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of clients' industries, consumer profiles, and objectives.
• Actively learn and implement daily optimization and management of digital campaigns.
• Assist with budget management, including oversight and facilitation of client media billing.
• Build client trust and professional relationships.
• Contribute to developing strategic recommendations that solve business objectives for agency clients.
• Support the day-to-day implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including display, video, OTT, mobile, social, email, and more.
• Positively impact agency culture and workplace environment.
• Learn and utilize research data platforms to inform client goals and marketing actions.
• Regularly analyze reporting and analytics to provide appropriate optimizations and insights for client campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on digital platform changes and improvements, adapting strategies as needed.
• Become a trusted digital specialist, especially for social and programmatic media.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of digital 'paid' media experience or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Good working knowledge and experience in social and ad-serving platforms.
• Willingness to complete digital marketing certifications as needed.
