Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for Director of Compensation and Benefits, HRIS to join one of our retail clients in Charlotte, NC. This person will be responsible for approximately 20 people, 4 direct reports, and will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Majority of the role will be largely focused on benefits, with other responsibilities handling vendor relations and decisions and communication with business stakeholders. Working with healthcare providers, vendors, and other 3rd parties to execute and negotiate RFPs/ legal documents for the business. Additionally will be involved in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems and reporting department and function - related activity on a regular basis. This role sits 5x onsite in Matthews, NC.

Compensation:
$140,000 to $150,000 per year annual base salary.
