The Director of Corporate Compensation is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Insight Global’s compensation programs for our non-commissioned employees. This role involves strategic planning and execution to ensure that the company's compensation structures are competitive, equitable, and aligned with Insight Global’s purpose, shared values and business objectives.
