Are you a dynamic leader ready to make an impact? Bluetree Dental Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Finance and Administration (DFA) to drive strategic initiatives, streamline financial operations, and support our team’s growth.

What You’ll Do:

Under the direction of our CFO/CEO, you will oversee critical financial and administrative areas, including:

• Group Accounting & Reporting Technology : Managing comprehensive accounting processes and technology platforms.
• Budgeting & Financial Analysis : Leading practice budgets, financial reporting, and department support.
• Vendor & Billing Management : Ensuring efficiency in vendor management, billing, insurance, and payment processes.
• Legal & Compliance Oversight : Managing liability coverage, trademarks, and compliance across practices.
• Strategic Consulting : Providing actionable insights, metrics, and guidance to leadership and staff.
• Capital Budgeting & Practice Integration : Supporting seamless integrations and funding strategies for new and existing practices.
• Special Projects : Tackling high-priority initiatives to drive organizational success.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring key decisions and priorities are communicated effectively while fostering collaboration and efficiency across the organization.

• A proven leader with exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in financial operations, compliance, and vendor management.
• Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to align teams with Bluetree’s core values, mission, and vision.
• Experience in capital budgeting and practice integration is a plus.
