We are thrilled to continue our longstanding partnership with The Christ Hospital Health Network and are honored to represent them in their search for a new Director of Total Rewards. This key leadership role oversees the full spectrum of total rewards programs—including Compensation, Benefits, and Retirement plans such as 403(b) programs—and is responsible for both the strategic design and ongoing administration of these offerings.
The Director will lead a talented team, including the Compensation Manager and Benefits Manager, and will play a central role in managing benefits programs, including major vendor transitions such as the implementation of a new Pharmacy Benefits Manager. They will also be expected to foster transparency and engagement by hosting bi-monthly town hall meetings open to all employees, where updates are shared and open dialogue around total rewards policies and programs is encouraged.
This position encompasses the development and design of incentive compensation plans for the Accountable Care Organization, administration of merit and performance appraisal processes, and oversight of the Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan and capital accumulation plans. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of compensation analysis, including market analysis, job evaluation, equity adjustments, salary structures, and point-factor systems. Familiarity with frozen pension plans is preferred, and healthcare experience is strongly valued.
Candidates with a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) credential, strong data analytics skills, and a consulting background will be well positioned to succeed. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional initiative and creativity, along with strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently. They will be expected to work onsite full time to support this dynamic and impactful role.
