We are currently seeking a Dispatcher/ Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help drive our operations forward.

Position: Dispatcher/Service Coordinator

Location: Onsite - Atlanta, GA 30340

Hours: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 Annually

Position Summary

The Dispatcher/Service Coordinator is an essential part of our operations team, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling, dispatch, and coordination of our HVAC service activities. This individual will serve as the critical communication link between our clients, field technicians, and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, technicians, and office staff.
• Maintain detailed service records using scheduling and dispatch software.
• Monitor and follow up on work orders, parts, technician availability, and client updates.
• Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Assist with invoicing and documentation as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service coordination, dispatch, or logistics (preferably in HVAC, plumbing, emergency services, or related trades).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a collaborative, respectful problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with the greater Atlanta, GA area preferred.
