Position Overview:
As a District Manage r you will be covering some of our higher education accounts in the Western United States, and travel will be required. You will be the driving force behind our operations, providing invaluable support to a diverse range of food service accounts. Our ideal candidate will ideally reside in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada or Arizona.
Responsibilities:
Inspiring Leadership: Lead and inspire on-site food service teams to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, driving key performance metrics such as profitability, safety, and engagement.
Innovation and Growth: Harness the power of Compass tools and programs to foster lasting connections with clients, customers, and staff, ensuring sustained account retention.
Forward-Thinking Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives aligned with client and Compass objectives, delivering on targets within set timelines and budgets.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Uphold adherence to regional, state, and local regulations governing meal and retail programs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Financial Stewardship: Support financial success through meticulous reporting, forecasting, and budget management, collaborating closely with leadership to drive optimal outcomes.
