Join an Innovative Autonomous Mobility Team

We are seeking a dedicated Response Vehicle Operator to join a leading autonomous ride-hailing company. This role is vital in ensuring safety, vehicle readiness, and an exceptional rider experience. As a Response Vehicle Operator, you will play a critical role in vehicle recovery efforts, providing in-field support, and acting as a brand ambassador for customers.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Response Vehicle Operator, you will:

• Support fleet response operations in the field to ensure a seamless rider experience.
• Drive up to 8 hours per shift, adhering to safety and operational guidelines.
• Assist riders by providing direct communication and ensuring their safe entry into vehicles.
• Utilize mobile applications to document activities and communicate efficiently.
• Provide hands-on support during vehicle recovery situations, working alongside first responders when needed.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Follow established navigation and operational protocols precisely.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record .
• Typing speed of 35WPM or higher.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Experience in high-stress situations , with knowledge of de-escalation techniques.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and travel between company locations for training.
• Proficiency in using radio communication systems and mobile applications.
• Confidence in navigating and driving in heavy traffic conditions .

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in military, first responder, transportation, rideshare, or roadside assistance roles.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Available Shifts

• Thursday: 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM / 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM
• Friday - Saturday: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM / 6:30 PM - 2:00 AM
• Sunday - Wednesday: 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM

(Hours may vary based on business needs.)
