Job Description

Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Construction Estimators

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for developments
  • Analyze plans, specifications, and proposals to determine project requirements
  • Collaborate closely with project management and ownership to ensure seamless workflow
  • Adapt to established company processes while contributing fresh perspectives
  • Occasionally visit job sites across Southern California to verify project details; rare travel outside the area may be required

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in drywall estimating
  • Readiness to work on-site in San Marcos, CA for at least the first year
  • Strong ability to integrate with a project team and adapt to evolving company procedures
  • Proficient with digital takeoff software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to self-manage and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Initial requirement for in-office presence in San Marcos, CA; hybrid work potential after the first year
  • Collaborative team setting with direct engagement alongside a dedicated project manager and company leadership
  • Standard full-time schedule with flexibility to accommodate personal needs

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience
