osition Summary:

This fast-paced position requires the candidate to have the ability to manufacture components to customer specification, using Sinker and EDM Drill skills. Scheduling and preplanning of workflow for the Sinker EDM equipment and needed tooling will be a necessary skillset. Ability to work independently with general direction from management or perform tasks when given specific work instructions will allow this candidate to succeed in the environment.

Sinker EDM Operator Position Responsibilities:

• Setup, program, and operate Sinker EDM machines: Mitsubishi EA12S and AgieCharmilles Form 20.
• Setup and operate CNC EDM Drills (hole poppers): Belmont SY-CNC4050TGR and Titan Force.
• Maintain quality control of parts being manufactured.
• Deburr and bead blasting as required to prepare parts for shipping.
• Day shift position with possible swing shift if necessary.
• Maintenance of machines as required.

Sinker EDM Operator Position Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have 2 years of experience as a Sinker EDM Operator.
• Must have experience reading blueprints and recognizing electrode requirements necessary to complete jobs.
• Ability to multi-task as cycle time allows.
• Ability to work well with others.
