Project Manager Job Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• 3-7 years of hands-on experience in project management, specifically in electrical construction, with a focus on healthcare projects.
• 5-10 years field experience as a tradesman is preferred.
• A solid track record of reliability and long-term commitment in previous roles.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project and Primavera.
• Ability to efficiently manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Experience in preparing a detailed Schedule of Values and accurately processing Monthly Pay Applications.
• Skill in projecting and maintaining a project billing schedule.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) to track job progress, cost performance, and schedule impacts.
• Advanced knowledge of Estimating Systems for Change Order preparation.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word Processing, and email management.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop, update, and track project.
