Position DescriptionSummers-Taylor, Inc., is the largest heavy and highway construction contractor in Northeast Tennessee and has been in business since 1932. Founded in 1981 by Rick Osborne and later joined by his son Allen, Osborne Electric has been a leader in East TN in the industrial electrical industry. Their experience and capabilities in industrial wiring, plant controls, and automation are invaluable to their clients, which includes all Summers-Taylor asphalt and concrete plants.
