Job Description:

As an Electrician at Mister Sparky, you'll be entrusted with performing electrical repairs and installations with precision and efficiency. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and dispatch.
• Provide detailed estimates and complete jobs efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes.
• Maintain a clean workspace and report faulty equipment.
• Operate and care for equipment according to standards.
• Follow safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience as an Electrician. Residential experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and safety procedures.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and adherence to safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina for physically demanding tasks.
• Employees must be able to work flexible hours/schedules including occasional on-call, nights, holidays, and weekends.

• Communicate in a service-oriented and respectful manner.
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
• Complex problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making.
• Willingness to adapt, learn, and apply knowledge.
• Repairing and installing electrical equipment, circuitry, etc.

Salary:

Our average Electrician makes between $65,000- $100,000 annually, with top performers averaging over $100,000+ annually . Imagine the possibilities with uncapped earning potential!
