Our client, a leading fashion retailer , is looking for an Assistant Producer to join their dynamic in-house email marketing team in San Francisco, CA . In this hybrid role, you'll support the execution of high-volume, on-brand email campaigns across the US and bilingual Canadian markets, helping deliver a best-in-class digital shopping experience to nearly a million daily visitors.

THIS IS A W2 CONTRACT POSITION – HYBRID IN SAN FRANCISCO, CA

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production, light building, testing, and QA of marketing emails before deployment
• Support Producers in linking setup and approvals for all email campaigns
• Coordinate delivery of creative assets to third-party email vendors
• Manage translation timelines and approvals for Canadian French content
• Track tasks and help expedite deliverables using tools like Airtable and Outlook
• Work under tight deadlines with frequently shifting priorities and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, and Design

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of production experience, ideally in e-commerce or agency settings
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and task management skills
• Proactive problem solver with initiative and resourcefulness
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident working with diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting quickly to change
• Experience with Airtable, Google Docs, Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and content management tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
