The Opportunity:
The Encompass Administrator is responsible for the ongoing administration and optimization of the Encompass system and related applications. This includes designing, documenting, configuring, testing, and deploying system enhancements to support operations, sales, brokers, and correspondents. The Encompass Administrator acts as the primary liaison between business units and vendors/developers, ensuring effective delivery of technical solutions. They also play a key role in user training and ongoing system support.
Upcoming projects for the Encompass Administrator are migrating to Encompass Web, eFolder implementation and TPO Connect enhancements.
