Position: Scaled Partner Manager/Engagement Manager
Location : Remote, preferred locations SF and NYC
Pay range: $44-49/hr
Overview: Seeking an experienced Scaled Partner Manager to support and engage creators by providing resources, hosting virtual events, and managing operations. This role focuses on strengthening community connections, inspiring creators, and fostering personal and professional development. The ideal candidate is autonomous, passionate about content creation, and skilled at building trust within online communities.
Responsibilities:
Support creators through scaled channels, helping them grow, engage audiences, and maximize their potential.
Manage relationships and outreach efforts, resolving business and operational challenges efficiently.
Host webinars, workshops, and trainings to share product insights and best practices.
Develop and distribute vertical-specific strategies in collaboration with central teams.
Analyze key metrics to refine partnership goals and execution strategies.
Maintain business records to identify market opportunities and optimize partner management.
Collaborate across teams—including Policy, Product, Marketing, and Operations—to advocate for partner needs.
What you'll bring:
Expertise in the Creator and Social Media economy, with hands-on experience using tools like Stories, Reels, and Live Videos.
Ability to identify trends, engage communities, and respond in real time.
Skilled in hosting events, public speaking, and stakeholder support.
3-5+ years of experience in community management and cross-functional collaboration.
Data-driven decision-making and strong communication skills.
Excellent time management, adaptability, and ability to balance short- and long-term goals in a fast-paced environment.
