We are actively recruiting for two entry level roles in medical sales. Medical Liaisons will receive training and resources necessary to continue rapid growth across our group of medical practices with home office in Troy, Michigan.

Medial Liaison roles are focused on increasing patient referrals into new and existing Podiatry and Wound Care subspecialty practices across Michigan. Referrals will be earned from a variety of sources including primary care, internal medicine, and subspecialty practices plus residential care, hospital, and long-term care facilities. The ideal candidate will be patient focused, with an understanding of healthcare referral networks, and motivated by earning growth.

This role requires field based promotional activity supporting practices in Southeast Michigan, Port Huron, mid-Michigan, and other expansion markets. Overnight travel is not required at this time. We are seeking full time candidates interested in cultivating business relationships, contributing to the stability and growth of Atlas Medical Group, and open to professional development. Essential Duties and responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Relentless focus on improving care for our patients.
• Expand utilization of Medical Group services in defined service areas.
• Generate referrals for new patients into Podiatry and Wound Care service lines across Southeast Michigan and expansion markets.
• Develop productive business relationships with referral sources, understanding and meeting the clinical and administrative needs of internal and external colleagues.
• Utilize marketing materials to showcase clinical acumen and highlight capabilities of Atlas Medical Group.
• Exceed established growth targets.
• Host promotional meals and meetings with current and prospective referral sources.
• Attends networking events to promote services of Atlas Medical Group.
• Builds trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers.

Education and/or experience:

• Experience, or willingness to receive active coaching, in medical sales, business development or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree desired, or equivalent professional experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Personable, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into action.
• Ability and use of exercise of independent judgment to make prudent decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Coachable, eager for feedback, and open to professional development.
• Ability to prepare and present quarterly reports summarizing activity, wins and losses.
• Must have a clean driving record and current license acceptable to our insurance carrier.
