About the Role

This is a face-to-face sales position focused on driving long-term donor acquisition for a respected nonprofit client. You'll connect with members of the public at events, pop-ups, and high-footfall areas, using strong interpersonal and sales skills to inspire support and secure recurring contributions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales interactions with potential donors at promotional events and public venues
• Promote the nonprofit’s mission and clearly communicate the value of long-term support
• Secure new monthly donors through persuasive, one-on-one conversations
• Represent the nonprofit with professionalism, energy, and integrity at all times
• Work toward daily and weekly donor acquisition targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team to enhance campaign performance and donor experience
