PeerSource is currently recruiting for an ERP Change Manager on a long-term Contract basis. This is a role based out of Golden, CO working 30 hours per week (still benefit eligible). No third parties .

Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Change Manager to lead change initiatives within a large-scale ERP implementation. This role is essential in guiding the workforce through business process, system, and technology transformations, ensuring high levels of adoption and minimal disruption. The ideal candidate will align change efforts with program goals through stakeholder engagement, targeted communication, training, and resistance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies, aligning with program milestones and organizational objectives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities, including readiness assessments, impact analyses, and change mapping.
• Design and execute communication and training strategies tailored to various employee groups, in collaboration with project leadership and functional teams.
• Identify, assess, and address change resistance and adoption risks, offering proactive solutions.
• Coach and prepare leaders and managers to support and champion change throughout their teams.
• Serve as a liaison between the ERP project team and stakeholders, collecting feedback and driving responsive action.
• Monitor change adoption metrics and deliver regular reports on progress and effectiveness.
• Contribute to development of key deliverables including change plans, stakeholder maps, training paths, and communication toolkits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of change management with technical and project delivery strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management and Project Management.
• 2+ years leading change management for enterprise-wide software implementations (experience with ERP, especially Workday, highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of change methodologies, particularly Prosci ADKAR.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change across large enterprise organizations.
• Proven skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and training development.
• Bachelor’s degree ideal; Prosci or similar certification preferred.
• Experience with data-driven change reporting and risk mitigation strategies is a plus.
• Preferred background includes large-scale transformation efforts and familiarity with ERP environments.
