Job Summary

To provide exceptional support to an existing team of Project Personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain data in Construction Management Software Heavy Job ; ensuring job costs including material allocations, equipment and labor hours are appropriated and assigned within each project.
• Verify job data entries from the Foremen on job progress, labor hours, equipment and material use.
• Coordinate field mark outs for utility lines and/or testing requirements with 811.
• Generate a scope of work reference sheet (for internal/field use) for newly awarded project’s; depicting location and material quantities.
• Create and maintain project costing references; per municipality, material use and various quantities.
• Maintain internal job list and allocate additional project addendums.
• Manually measure or utilize software to obtain measurements of projected surface dimensions/roadway distances to be milled, paved or modified.
• Utilize take-off software to generate a summary of project costing figures, transpose into Estimating software and send proposal to requesting Client.
• Analyze inbound Request for Information (RFI)’s; plans and specifications to create job cost estimates.
• Assist with document management for the project, including receiving drawings and specifications, providing the proper file structure and distribution to all parties.
• Assist in the preparation of complete quantity take-offs and studies for all items incorporated in the project using company standard format and computer aided programs.
