Join the team at Renaissance Construction as an Estimating Preconstruction Manager - TI/Self-Perform , where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial projects. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to manage cost estimates, budgets, and bid processes for projects ranging from $50K to $10M.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for tenant improvement and self-perform projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee bid deadlines, proposals, and RFP submissions.
• Manage requests for bids, relationships, and bid deadlines to ensure proper coverage and accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve estimating processes and project execution.
• Assist in project scheduling, logistics planning, and financial reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating and project management, preferably in tenant improvements.
• Strong understanding and experience with trade labor cost estimation and generating bid proposals.
• Experience managing and estimating tenant improvement projects between $50K-$5M.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in construction estimating and project management software and MS Office software such as MS Project, On-Screen Takeoff, and Autodesk a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Arizona.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Willing to travel to job sites predominantly within the Phoenix Metropolitan area with some travel across the State of Arizona.
