Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced ETF Trader to join our dynamic trading desk at our esteemed broker-dealer firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for financial markets and a strong background in ETF and Delta One products.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage trading strategies for ETF and Delta One products, ensuring optimal performance and risk management
• Analyze market conditions and leverage quantitative methods to inform trading decisions and enhance portfolio performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative trading solutions and optimize existing strategies
• Monitor and assess trading activities, making real-time adjustments based on market developments

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience on a Trading Desk, with a focus on ETF and Delta One products
• Proficient technical expertise in Python, with the ability to design and implement algorithms to enhance trading strategies
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and risk assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

Desired Skills:

• Experience working within a Bank, Hedge Fund, and/or Proprietary Trading firm
