We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Assistant for a full-time on-site role located in Nashville, TN. In this position, you will assist in planning and executing events, coordinate logistics, and support event setup and teardown. You will also collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations, interact with clients and attendees to provide exceptional customer service, and maintain organizational systems to meet deadlines effectively.
