Event Experience Designer**

**Location and Work Environment**

This position is based in the Bay Area and offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work tailored to meet our clients' needs. Candidates must currently reside in the Bay Area.

**Primary Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Event Production teams to develop engaging proposals and presentations that align with our brand standards and meet client objectives.
- Develop detailed quoting, costing, and pricing in line with program vision, sales strategies, and client requirements.
- Oversee complex quoting and budget processes, identifying efficiencies and maximizing gross profit across events.
- Review and refine proposals from supplier partners to ensure compliance with budget and company policies.
- Analyze client programs to identify opportunities for our services and propose effective solutions.
- Embrace feedback and provide alternative service options as needed.
- Research and innovate service offerings, leveraging local, regional, and national supplier networks.
- Coordinate product development meetings and present ideas to the team.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers/partners, negotiating favorable pricing and terms for future business.
- Ensure that sales tools, boilerplates, and product resource materials are up-to-date and accessible for the team.
- Participate in client engagements, site inspections, and presentations with Regional Sales Managers as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning, DMC, hotel, corporate incentive travel, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven capability to lead and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with local venues and suppliers, with the ability to identify new partners.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as business needs arise.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The salary range for this role is between $67,000 and $74,000, along with an additional incentive package and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
