4EON Inc. ( is seeking a dynamic, experienced Event Manager to join our Event Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute end-to-end event projects for our diverse portfolio of clients.
• Develop and present compelling decks and proposals to communicate event concepts.
• Create detailed budgets for events and meticulously track expenses throughout each project.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for our clients, ensuring their vision and expectations are met.
• Coordinate with and negotiate contracts with vendors to secure high-quality services at competitive rates.
• Utilize CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools (e.g., monday.com) to streamline workflows and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Proactively solve problems and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel as required to attend client meetings, vendor sessions, and on-site event management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing B2C and B2B events, preferably gained in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to develop budgets, track expenses, and serve as a key client liaison.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating vendors, creating professional decks, and negotiating contracts.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and project management tools like monday.com.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
• Availability to travel as needed.
• Spanish language skills are a nice-to-have, enhancing communication with diverse client groups.
