About the Role

As an Events Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the planning and delivery of community events. You’ll help bring nonprofit campaigns to life by coordinating event logistics, managing outreach, and ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll also interact directly with the public, representing our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, outgoing, and eager to learn the ins and outs of sales and face-to-face marketing strategies. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and executing local events that raise awareness for nonprofit causes.
• Engage with attendees to share information, answer questions, and encourage participation.
• Work collaboratively with teams on sales and face-to-face marketing events to meet campaign goals.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve event flow and engagement.
• Track participation and provide feedback to help strengthen future events.
