Job Description

Our client, a prestigious global private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a Partner and their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company and be in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate off-sites and conferences
  • Book intricate domestic and international travel, including roadshows, and prepare comprehensive itineraries
  • Draft and edit agendas, correspondence, memos, and meeting materials
  • Process expenses and vendor invoices; identify and suggest process enhancements when appropriate
  • Serve as a key point of contact and liaison across teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of executive assistant experience, preferably within financial services
  • Proven ability to work independently with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Strong knowledge of expense and travel platforms
  • Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment with professionalism and discretion

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 4 days in office)

Compensation: Base salary up to $125K + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
