Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days remote (MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK IN DOWNTOWN CHICAGO OFFICE)
Temp rate: $30+/hour
Permanent salary: $72-75,000
RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:
Provide general administrative support to leadership team and various departments
Assist with member phone calls
Extensive scheduling/calendar management
Meeting and travel coordination and expense reports
Manage inventory and office supplies
Prepare slides for PowerPoint presentations
Act as backup for phone system
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of executive administrative assistant experience, partnering with VP level or above
Bachelor's degree a MUST
Polished, professional demeanor
Advanced proficiency: Office 365 - including Excel and PowerPoint
Outlook and MS Teams guru
